First couple of times I used the neck tie, but that's slightly annoying since it flaps against the helmet making noise, and also probably isn't that safe since if worst came to worst and you went down you probably wouldn't want something around your neck that could get caught on something else. Mostly used it up to 40 mph, but I decided to leave it on for my last ride at highway speeds of 70-80 and it still seemed fine. I use it as a chin mount btw. Only slight annoyance is it's difficult to see the screen to check whether you're filming or not, but that's not really the fault of the mount.
