The PAI (polyamide imide) coating is tough to glue as nitrocellulose (nail polish) and UV resin won’t hold the wraps of wire down. CA does a good job gluing the strands together, but the gaps need to be tiny. Threadlocker and an accelerator worked great to glue the wires into a fixed shape for an electromagnet project.
