A: It contains the same active ingredient as Flonase.

A: I do not know, but if you look at the product page on Amazon, you'll see that it includes a photo of the back label, which lists both the active and inactive ingredients. Hopefully that will give you the info you need.

**Q: Is this made in the USA?**
A: “Made in Canada”

**Q: Why does it take 12-24 hours for an effect (see Question #7)?  Why no effect after just one hour?**
A: I have severe allergies and stuffiness. It doesn’t take 12 hours for me to get the relief of this product. But my condition is chronic and year long and there are other variables in play with my sinus condition. There may be something a little more problematic with your, maybe Aeosenifils, which causes allergies to be a bit more troublesome.

This works for me, I used to get nose bleed when i used flonase and nasacort, this one is gently on my nostrils and stopped my tears which was a huge thing.
