Review: CAR RIDES MADE BREEZIER! - Car rides got instantly easier with this addition to our back seat! We have a rear-facing toddler who used to get sweaty on hot days in the car. Unfortunately in our Subaru Outback he does not get great a/c in the back. NOW with this fan he doesn't complain and loves his fan! The plug in cord was pretty long and able to go to plug we have in the trunk. I love that we don't have to worry about charging the battery. It is always plugged in and ready for use! The fan turns on immediately upon turning on the car. The remote is a dial and gives various strengths for the fan. The strongest setting works great but does seem like it could be loud. We don't have it on that setting for everyday use. What I like about the dual fan system is eventually when we have another child they will be able to take advantage of the fan. The fan heads have great mobility and can face different angles. We set ours up on the middle seat to allow for two kids to take advantage of the fan! I would definitely recommend this fan to parents of littles or fur babies who need a bit more breeze in the back seat.

**Q: whats the wattage on this?**
A: I own 2 of these that I run off a portable 12v battery pack. According to my Watt meter, the (Dual Head version) power drain is;
      Low Speed =  0.37 amps (5 Watts)
      High Speed =  0.52 amps (6.2 Watts)
for comparison, a single 150CFM muffin fan (like for a computer CPU) uses 0.75 amps and isn't adjustable, nor does it swivel.

**Q: Can this be used on the front of the back seat for a rear facing car seat?**
A: Yes! That’s how i use it!

**Q: What's the power consumption?**
A: I didn't hook it up to a amp meter, while the fan was hooked up to  my Jackery it was pulling 9 watts on hi.

**Q: How long is the plug in cord ?**
A: Cord is about 4.5 feet long. Would not have been long enough in my old truck, but only needed 1.5 feet in this one.

Car rides got instantly easier with this addition to our back seat! We have a rear-facing toddler who used to get sweaty on hot days in the car. Unfortunately in our Subaru Outback he does not get great a/c in the back. NOW with this fan he doesn't complain and loves his fan!
