There is no waste and the cloths have a fresh clean smell, not a perfume type smell. Just fresh and naturally clean smell. I like the pods better than the sheets. My husband has a lot of skin problems and so the dermatologist suggested we change and this is what we chose. So far, he is improving.

**Q: I have an older type washing machine (not HE). For large loades (which we always run, ex 5 pair of adult jeans) will one pod be enough?**
A: One pod for my older washer worked fine.

**Q: Are these pods good for septic tanks?**
A: Yes! Our laundry detergent is safe for septic systems.

**Q: Is this truly fragrance free?  Thanks**
A: Yes, this soap is truly fragrance free.  I couldn't use it if it wasn't.  I am so allergic to fragrances.

**Q: Does this  come in liquid?  I was. Told by an installer powder dried in your drain and clogged it up.**
A: It is a liquid inside the pods, no different from all the other pods sold in the grocery stores.  I haven't had any problems with them, they dissolve almost immediately.  I put them in at the beginning of the wash cycle when the water is running into the tub.  No powder at all.
