He escuchado que en algunas laptops con gráficos integrados, o incluso algunas con tarjeta de video dedicada no logran llegar a los 144 o 165, sin embargo si tu pc es relativamente moderna y cuenta con tarjeta de video dedicada muy probablemente no tengas problema.
