Review: One strip not working. - Edit: So I requested for a replacement yesterday and it came today. I put up the lights and it’s amazing!!! I love how they quickly got me a replacement. The lights are amazing!!! Ok so I got these and I was really excited to put them in my sisters room. I tested them before doing too much. They worked. But once I was done putting them up on ceiling one of the strip didn’t work. I put all the hard work of sticking it up top and then all my hard work went to waste. So half the room is lit up while the other is not. But on the other note. The one strip that did work. Is pretty good it’s really bright and the adhesive is ok it’s not that strong. While putting them on they seemed to unstick. I had to go over it again and press. I did everything according to the instructions. Apart form the one strip not working and my hard work going to waste. It’s great. I wish the one strip worked. I want a replacement so we’ll see. I am not going to undo all my hard work and return the whole thing. I will just return the strip that isn’t working. I just need that one strip that’s missing. Review: Cannot return if installed without damage to led strips - Led lights worked for about 5 min, then quit. Never worked again. Had a pale blue light you could only see when the room lights were off. Cannot return because they were installed on wall and could not be removed without destruction. Previously had wifi controlled lights from DayBetter, those led lights developed sections that would not light after 5 months. I do not recommend this brand. UPDATE Seller contacted me and will issue refund .
