It's super easy to setup for its first flight and comes with a handy double lead charger cord so you can charge both batteries it comes with at the same time. My 10 year old loves the "land" function - it's really zippy when he uses it on the sidewalk. I, however, love flying it! It's so easy to maneuver and I've found it to be very durable (I crash it a lot.) As far as flight /playtime I have no complaints. We haven't run out of battery life during any of our outings yet.
