I have had two pizzazz'z, like the product but the rotating gear stripped after three years of use.** A: We are over 15 years of using ours and other than the last year it was very well used. There is a clicking sound that started maybe 2 years ago when it heats up enough and then while it cools down but I think it’s possible it got dropped. Also one of the feet is broken off but it still balances flat because of the weight distribution. The only reason I’m looking at getting a new one is to have something available if this one ever does die. **Q: Is the rotating pan wobbling has anyone else had problems with this thank you** A: It stops wobbling once you put the pizza on it. I have found anyway. **Q: At what temperature does it cook at?** A: Do not know the temp but it makes frozen tostados really crisp and tasty. It great to make quick stuff for groups or just a pizza. Still haven’t used it for a pizza yet but everything else it cooks pretty well **Q: Can I buy just the try? Ours is so baked on crusted with food. We need a new one** A: Amazon has the tray .
