I also started to take them because I read that it is supposed to help get rid of age spots. It has an outer and inner safety seal and a desiccant packet inside. My husband and I have only been taking it for about a month so I can't tell yet if it is effective. It doesn't have a taste or smell and neither one of us have noticed any upset stomach or heartburn after taking it. The capsule isn't hard to swallow and I thought it was a good value for what I paid, since you get 180.
