Review: Best All-Around Workout Shoes on the Market - This version of the Free Metcon (Version 6) is by far the best all-purpose workout shoe that I've ever used. I really put my workout sneakers through the ringer; using them 7-days a week for weight training and cardio (3.5 miles/day of incline treadmill). Aside from comfort, being lightweight, and accommodating wider feet (unlike version 5 of the same sneaker), what really stands out about these is their versatility. I've never had a workout sneaker (metcon, running sneaker, powerlifting shoe) that has provided ample stability to perform barbell squats while also being comfortable, flexible, and lightweight enough to do an hour of cardio in. I wish that they lasted me slightly longer than 5 months, but considering what I put them through, these are great value for the money. I've purchased 5 total pairs of these and would recommend to anyone for almost any application. ## Features - Versatile Training Design: The Nike Free Metcon 6 combines flexibility and stability, making it ideal for high-intensity workouts, weightlifting sessions, and dynamic training movements that demand both support and natural foot mobility - Eye-Catching Colorway: Features a vibrant Light Lemon Twist hue that adds a fresh, energetic pop of color to your athletic wardrobe, helping you stand out during gym sessions and training routines - Flexible Forefoot Construction: Engineered with Nike Free technology in the forefoot that allows your foot to move naturally during agility drills and cardio exercises while maintaining the structure needed for lifting movements - Comprehensive Size Range: Available in multiple sizing options including UK 7-10.5, US 8-11, and EU 41-44.5, ensuring a proper fit for a wide range of athletes and fitness enthusiasts - Multi-Purpose Performance: Designed specifically for cross-training activities, these trainers transition seamlessly between rope climbs, box jumps, sprints, and heavy lifts, providing the versatility needed for varied workout routines ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D943P781 | | Best Sellers Rank | #55,643 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ( See Top 100 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ) #70 in Men's Cross-Training Shoes | | Brand | Nike | | Color | Grey | | Cushioning Level | Maximum | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 2,731 Reviews | | Embellishment Feature | Sequin | | Fit to Size Sentiment | True | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00197596609851 | | Insole Cushioning | foam | | Insole Material | foam | | Item Weight | 400 g | | Lace Closure | Eyelets | | Lace Ends | Aglet | | Manufacturer Part Number | FJ7127-700 | | Outer Material | Mesh | | Pattern | Solid | | Seasons | All | | Shoe Height Map | Low Top | | Shoe Type | Athletic Shoe | | Sole Material | Rubber | | Special Features | Breathable | | Sport Type | Cross-Training, Running | | Strap Type | Lace | | Style Name | Athletic | | Style Number | FJ7127-700 | | Theme | Sport | | UPC | 197596609851 | ## Images ![Nike Unisex Metcon 6 Football Boots - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Pa3UKjW5L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Workout Shoe *by S***N on August 15, 2026* Great fit and very comfortable...true to size! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best All-Around Workout Shoes on the Market *by A***G on May 28, 2025* This version of the Free Metcon (Version 6) is by far the best all-purpose workout shoe that I've ever used.
