My whole family likes to use it. I bought another similar massager from a different brand and it pulled hair so I returned it. Customer service from this brand is top notch! My toddler likes to play with the unit, and lost a few of the removable nodes. I contacted them in November 2025 asking if I could buy another set of the nodes. They replyed quickly and are sending me a whole new massager for free instead.

*Update* The Company reached out to me almost immediately after my video and review offering a replacement for the non-functioning device. I’ve increased my review from 1 to 4 stars due to this attentiveness to their customers and their customer service. *Original Review* I've used the Breo scalp/body massage device no more than 30 to 40 times, for short stints, within the 7 months that I have owned it. I thought that this massage device would be an upgrade from the cheaper devices that have a handle/stem on the top of them. The Breo may have been better when it worked, but for $100 I would expect this this product to last for at least a year with regular use (I hardly used it regularly). Despite its improved design and massaging tips, it is not worth the premium price tag.
