Review: Size is perfect. Mounts flush to durock! - Im giving it 5 stars for everything with one exception...some silicone/glue around the corners is missing. While thinset and tile will cover it, I added my own adhesive in that area to seal it prior to installation. If you measure and cut accurately, this pops right in. Flush to my durock. Product leaves enough room in the back for sheet rock without touching it. Worth the money but a little more fragile than the plastic ones. Lastly, plastic niches are solid and may never breach. This one is glued together. Needed this specific size, so I went with it.
