Problem is that there is no threshold for this warning label. Everything in this world is about toxicity not just whether it contains the molecule. If you have too much of anything it can kill you. Too much water, too many bananas etc. This product probably contains PVC which requires the label. On the flip side, PVC is suitable for drinking water inlets. The prop 65 warning may require you to do some research but like most things it was implemented with a good intention but the execution is less then desirable. It's always your choice but personally I spray this over my vulnerable vegetable garden. I am more concerned about bird poop on my veggies then I am about the water that comes out of this sprayer or my garden house. I've had TWO crap out this week (out of about 10 I have purchased) and when they crapped out they stayed ON. Even if I set the switch to OFF. I only have water running to dusk to dawn+, so they only wasted 10 hours worth of water a night. Glad I was not on vacation. TWO this week, and I've got at least ANOTHER two that I couldn't use this year because, when I brought them out of the basement in the spring, put in batteries and tested them, they were dead.
