PEARL IZUMI Select Ltd Jrsy

This is a very well made jersey with a nice quality, locking, full-length zipper. The zipper goes all the way up and down with one hand, no snagging at the base of the collar like you find in so many jerseys out there.It is the first dark colored (the "Home State" color/style) cycling jersey I've ever purchased and I was somewhat afraid it would be extra hot in full summer sun. Today's ride with 98F avg, 109F high temps with minimal clouds showed that not to be a problem for the most part. I was wearing a white mesh base layer underneath that with the jersey partially unzipped helps with airflow underneath, but the lack of extra ventilation in the arm pits for example may have left some cooling on the table. Nevertheless, the inside face of the fabric is white so I assume that while it looks dark blue on the outside, it probably is reflecting away a bit more heat than something dark through and through might.The description says it has an elasticized hem, but mine is not at all elastic, and there is no silicone banding or printing to help keep it in place. Surprisingly though, it largely remains in place, at least up and down, so I don't need to tug it down too often. Where it does move out of place for me is to the side when I put my phone in the right pocket. Other jerseys that fit closer at the waist don't do that as noticeably. Hm...maybe it was the weight of my phone that was keeping the jersey from riding up?

I love these jerseys. I have pretty much all of the recent designs. They are high quality, and the semi-form fit is perfect for me. I do size up because I'm not super skinny, but they still fit extremely well. Select Ltd is my favorite Pearl Izumi jersey right now. The designs are great.

Great jersey. I used a lot of jerseys riding over the last 40+ years and I've switched to Pearl Izumi about 5-6 years ago. Won't wide in anything else.

I'm 6'3", just under 200 lbs, and I have a 40.5 inch chest. I ordered a medium and it fits very well when worn with bib shorts. When I wear this jersey with regular cycling shorts, it rides up my back a bit, but this is due to my height, not the quality of the product.

Really nice jersey. Purchased on sale and was surprised at how awesome the value was. It’s hard to go wrong with Pearl Uzumi, but when good quality ties in with a good price then all is well. I’m 6’ and 165lbs and the medium fits me perfectly.

The item arrived with a puckered zipper area. In other words, the folds that hide the zipper are puckered in the abdominal area of the shirt. Thinking I could solve it, I laid heavy books on top of it for a few weeks, but the problem remains, even after washing. I have yet to wear the garment. It is a cosmetic problem, but a permanent one. No wonder the shirt was on sale.

XL fits well at 187 pounds and 6 feet. Not skin tight around the middle which is exactly what I wanted. Economically priced for PI. Looks good after two wash and dry cycles.

Soft material and breathes well I’m very happy with this purchase.

For $25 it’s a great jersey. In terms of fit it’s loose fit which I expected. Pearl stuff always fits as expected until you move to the Elite or Pro stuff.If you want this jersey tight size down. If you want it lose stay at your normal shirt.
