**Q: Recipe calls for lime zest, is this the same?**
A: No, it’s whole dried lime grounded.

**Q: The 1.6 ounce bottle says lemon omani but the photo says lime omani....which one is accurate  as of 3/23/21?**
A: Its lime...even on the Sadaf website they only offer lime which is more popular to cook with.  The lemon omani I have not seen for awhile.

**Q: Is it going to be the dark lime like the picture.**
A: Yes, the seasoning has a dark coloring.  It’s not exactly like green in color.

**Q: Does the label say if this was processed in a facility with wheat, soy or other allergens?**
A: The label says, "Packed on shared equipment with wheat, tree nuts & soy."

I had never tried this product before. I only recently learned about it from an Old's Cool Kevmo video by Kevin Ashton. He was using it to season a chicken dish that he was preparing, and he held the bottle up to the camera and recommended it. I was intrigued. I ordered it. I tried it. And Kevin was right. I like it! This stuff is good. A concentrated, zippy lime flavor that adds that nice citrus tang and lime flavor to your dishes. I'm having fun experimenting putting in different foods - even things you wouldn't necessarily normally consider adding it to. I've had some pleasant surprises! Good product. I recommend it.
