I wash in cold and dry on medium in the dryer, and it shrank so much that I'm considering reordering TWO sizes up. Why isn't the belt sewn in mid back w/even sides?** A: It is actually good that the belt is sewn into the seam on one side. It will cause less damage with wear and is anchored into a seam.
