A: I’m 5’8 and 180 and f2 was perfect for me. 
I think f1 would be good for her.

A: I’m not sure in the material, but I can tell you that it’s a standard Gi material, and I’ve had it for about 5 mos, using it 3-4 a week and it’s has not had any wear and Tear. Other than the pants being slightly shorter than I would like, I think they’re good quality.
