ALWAYS done on the inside, so we are likely going to drop it to four minutes. I do not add any water at any time, just beat 4 eggs with some seasoning salt and add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup grated cheese (cheddar, jack, what ever you like), pour into heated unit, not exceeding fill line.
