It says to drink it at room temperature, but in my opinion, it really tastes like crap that way, I keep it in the fridge and drink it cold - I think that it tastes fine as long as it’s cold. Kind of sweet kind of tart, but you’re not drinking very much of it anyway so it’s just not a big deal. I can’t say enough good things about this product. It has really helped me get enough protein daily without suffering or filling gross or bloated or sick. I have not tried the orange.
