All mine came well packaged with a small razor blade in each box which was useful. I had a basement ceiling which had some waves in it, lots of nail holes and screws with washers that stuck out to hold the previois ceiling panels up (beardboard). I needed something fairly cheap, easy to put up, an easy to cut. These seemed to meet all the requirements. I was quoted nearly 10k to tear the old ceiling down, level it and put sheetrock up. These saved me a ton of money and for the cost I think it came out great. The panels are foam so they easily covered up the screw heads without seeing them poke through the opposite side. It almost completely eliminated the waves in the ceiling, and the adhesive is very strong The only thing I did was overlay the small edges when placing them next to each other. They are super easy to cut and get up against walls or go around lights/vents. Overall very pleased.
