All videos are great and helpful for coaching beginner gymnasts. The disk seemed to be a non-standard thickness - it's paper thin. I suspect that's why it was broken. I contacted Amazon and they sent me another. (Amazon really is great!) This one too was already broken when I opened the box and again, it's a noticeably thinner disk. The middle ring that normally holds the disk in was what was broken the second time around. There is absolutely no way that whomever put the disk in the disk box didn't notice that. They're shipping out broken disks!!! I am so frustrated, I don't even want to try this again. I am 100% certain this could be a great product if there actually was a product to watch. There's not.
