Review: Expensive and Seems Mostly Herbs - Expensive for the amount of bouillon, can taste mostly parsley & turmeric. Taste is similar to Lipton's dry soups but without any salt, and with a significant fresher taste of herbs. Used a half cube for enhancing my homemade stock/soup per bowl. Will buy again, however likely best just tossing a couple of chickens into a large stock pot, some celery and carrots, and just boiling down into a paste. Would get far more chicken than any store bought bouillon. Although I say this all the time, I usually only reduce until pressure canning, and rarely ever get to the drying stage! Best having a box in the cupboard in the event needing a cup of hot stock.
