Review: I will be taking these as long as humanly possible! - For context, I am a 35 year old mom of two under 10. I have been taking these for 8 weeks now. And I absolutely love them! I have not tried anything similar, so I can not say anything to that extent. But honestly, I will be taking them for as long as humanly possible! I feel like me! No more groggy fog brain. I have been dealing with that for 10 years now. I take one in the morning, and I am ready to get all of the projects done! Helps me focus. My skin feels so smooth. It feels like I put lotion on every day. Then I take another around dinner time. If I take it too late, then I have wild vivid dreams. The first few days the dreams were too much for me. They feel so real, I’m not used to that. But I enjoy it now. They also have been helping regulate bathroom time. I had been having issues in that department, and have not had any issue since! No more bloated feeling. My periods are usually pretty painful. First one was about normal. Second one, my cramps were nearly gone! Can only get better from here, right?! On here I went through the negative reviews, main thing I saw was a bad taste? Or bad burps I guess? I haven’t had that experience at all. No taste. As the target demographic for this product, I was seeing loads of ads for the big name brand (rhymes with Rival Green), and they were making some pretty big benefit claims. To be honest, my body is pretty weird and supplements rarely work the way they promise. But I did some research and decided to give it a try anyway. I couldn't however bring myself to fork over 60 bucks on something that may or may not work, so I settled on this brand instead. Within the first month, I was already seeing big improvements. My hair, which I had chopped several months ago and was refusing to grow back at all, suddenly grew 3 inches. My scalp stopped itching all the time, and my hair stopped getting these huge knots it has gotten since I was a kid. My skin was clearer. For years, I would get the same pimple in the same spot on my chin every single month with my period. I didn't get it the first month of taking these. My sleep was so much better! I have taken 1 to 2 hours to fall asleep my whole life. I've always been jealous of my husband who passes out within 3 minutes of his head hitting the pillow. Now I'm out in like 10 minutes or less. AND I don't crash at 2pm every afternoon like I used to. I was taking naps almost every day because I was exhausted. Not anymore. I'm still just as busy, but I don't get exhausted like I used to. They smell exactly like you'd think. Like beef bouillon sprinkled on canned dog food. And they don't taste much better. If I could swallow pills whole, I would love to. But I can't, so I have to crack open the capsule full of nasty and find a way to gag it down. I have tried lots of ways and I was ready to quit, but the best I have found is applesauce with lots of cinnamon. I spread some on a spoon, sprinkle the beef grounds on top, cover with more applesauce, then swallow it all down. Zero taste. Perfect. I highly recommend these. Too many good things to ignore. I will never bother with the $60 alternative - these are amazing and much cheaper!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I like it so far!

For context: I’m of “childbearing age” and have low iron levels. That combined with hormonal issues (stupid thyroid) means that I’m always tired. I’ve had 2 EDs in the past and have never had good nutrition on a regular basis. All of this is why I wanted to try this supplement out. Looked into meat organs and they have some benefits with hormones, but don’t want to eat them, so this is a good alternative. Almost bought a very viral supplement similar to this, but ultimately wanted this brand because it seemed more cost effective. I’ll be updating this for the next few weeks to see what happens. Unfortunately have to space this out between all of the other stuff I take so there’s no chance of any interactions. So far so good though. Day 1: sort of noticed a difference in energy, too early to tell for the rest. Took it around 7/8pm. Slept well and wasn’t as fatigued in the morning despite going to bed late. Day 2: definitely noticed a difference in energy (thanks vitamin B12!). I had super strong coffee that I sipped on for 5 hours and it didn’t do much for me today, but this is keeping me alert. Took the first one around 12pm. Took 2nd one around 4pm. Curious to see how long the energy lasts. Had enough energy from it to get through my 5am workout without needing creatine or preworkout. Day 3: noticing a difference in energy still. Trying to space out the pills by a few hours. Kind of hard for me to gauge the energy portion of this supplement overall because my semaglutide makes me feel fatigued. Days 4-7: felt around the same, but still more energy. Days 7+: still taking these consistently and I HAVE NO MORE FATIGUE. Haven’t felt this great in years. Absolutely will be repurchasing these in the future. Curious to see what my iron looks like after taking these UPDATE: I’ve been on these for almost a month now and feel so much better! My energy is better than it ever has been before. Periods are lighter, and I can make it though the entire day without any caffeine if I want to. Can’t wait to see what my blood test results look like after I see my doctor. Another update: Officially been on this for a month and my skin looks better. It wasn’t particularly a concern going into taking this, but it seems like my face doesn’t break out as often as it had previously, assuming I drink enough water too. I’m still using the same skincare stuff, so pretty happy about that. My energy is pretty good still, unless I don’t get a good night’s sleep. But I still haven’t had a lot of coffee/caffeine pills/energy drinks since taking this like I used to in order to get through the day. UPDATE: It has been almost 2 months that I’ve been on these supplements. I feel so much better! It could also be from not eating poorly all of the time too. But my energy levels haven’t been this good in I don’t know how long. Also got my bloodwork results back from my doctor and vitamin D has finally improved. Can’t say anything about iron levels, but I’m guessing it’s better because that time of the month has been better too. Can make it through a whole day without caffeine if I want to and I’m excited to see how things will improve on these supplements. Also, my hair hasn’t been falling out as much! This was an issue I had with hypothyroidism and taking levothyroxine. Curious to see how much it’ll help over time. 6 MONTH UPDATE: Still taking these and still love them! Got results from my doc back and my iron levels haven’t been this good since before I started menstruating. I tried doing iron supplements, but it never worked. Even tried the iron fish thing and I hated that, so I knew I needed a better option. Looks like I’m taking these forever since they work!
