Before I bought it I checked out a couple of Indian YouTubers actually using it daily and not just demonstrating it for YouTube. Once I bought it I followed their instructions exactly and every single flatbread I've made since then has been successful. I've mainly used a flour, plain yoghurt and water mix so far but I can't wait to try out different kinds of flat breads. It's also good for reheating them the day after. I've been putting off buying one of these for months (this model and others) as the reviews are always very mixed and generally not good.
