There's excess blood. Just look away. The meat is a bit thick but cooks up nice and tender. TIPS: As long as there are no allergies, wearing latex gloves while handling meat can help prevent the spread of bacteria. The only thing that minorly sketches me out is that the 21 g of protein does not contain an RDA value which suggests it might somehow not be a full 100% pure protein.
