Because it was February, I didn't need to use it right away. Unfortunately, it wouldn't charge, and I wasn't aware of the problem until after the 30 day return policy. I wrote the vendor, and explained what happened, and they replaced it at no charge to me. I've been using the blower and trimmer with this battery since then, and it works perfectly. Things go wrong at times with everyone, but what a vendor does to fix it is what makes a company good or not.
