It can be incorporated into many recipes. However, I never heard of this Luxtea Lotus Leaf Herb Tea Dried Herbal Tea. I took some time to look it up as I like teas in general but do not need anything fixed in my body or mind.I am glad there was a note about rinsing it off first as I would not have thought about that either. And being in strips we know it is the real thing as opposed to ground-up stuff in a teabag. You do not need directions to make real tea. If you have an alternate purpose you may need directions.I was not disappointed as it has a nice subtle floral flavor. I let the tea steep a while as I have no intention of adding odd things like sugar or cream. I went for a year without access to sugar so even though I like it I do not like it in tea.My only caution is first to read the Odyssey Book IX. I have switched from coffee almost and have been drinking more tea as I find them less excitable to my system. This tea has some nice flavor, honey gives it a sweeter flavor and color that can help bring more flavor to it. The lotus leaf is said to help with weight management and I don't feel the need to snack as much and so my stomach feels more settled, which is what I am after.
