Review: Really Good Stuff - I needed something I could attach my iPhone 15 to a tripod without removing the case (and potentially weakening the case's materials), and so I began looking for MagSafe compatible tripod mounts. When I found that this had the most positive ratings, I decided to pull the trigger, and I'm glad I did; this grip by Ulanzi is quite a pleasure to use. The magnet is more than strong enough for my iPhone to attach itself to the grip, and it won't let go unless I detach it myself. Connecting the Bluetooth remote button took less than 15 seconds to pair with my phone, and once paired, it takes less than 3 seconds to connect. I do love that the remote button is detachable. Also, if you hold the button in, it does produce burst shots on the iPhone 15, 15 Plus, or 15 Pro. I haven't used the cold-shoe mount yet, though I do have some accessories in mind that I'd like to try with it. The picture quality is what you would expect from the phone itself, so the grip doesn't enhance or worsen what the phone is capable of producing, although the front mirror of the grip does make it easier to frame a selfie shot. The only downside: I've found that the grip and the stuff attached to it will fall over when a tabletop tripod is used, so to counter that, I recommend using a slide mount to readjust the center of gravity. Other than that, it's a great MagSafe compatible grip. I highly recommend it.

I needed something I could attach my iPhone 15 to a tripod without removing the case (and potentially weakening the case's materials), and so I began looking for MagSafe compatible tripod mounts. When I found that this had the most positive ratings, I decided to pull the trigger, and I'm glad I did; this grip by Ulanzi is quite a pleasure to use. The magnet is more than strong enough for my iPhone to attach itself to the grip, and it won't let go unless I detach it myself. Connecting the Bluetooth remote button took less than 15 seconds to pair with my phone, and once paired, it takes less than 3 seconds to connect. I do love that the remote button is detachable. Also, if you hold the button in, it does produce burst shots on the iPhone 15, 15 Plus, or 15 Pro. I haven't used the cold-shoe mount yet, though I do have some accessories in mind that I'd like to try with it. The picture quality is what you would expect from the phone itself, so the grip doesn't enhance or worsen what the phone is capable of producing, although the front mirror of the grip does make it easier to frame a selfie shot.
