Glad it’s only 25 mcg too, so it’s not a megadose. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Most "natural form" of Vitamin D I could find, plus low dose! *by on Reviewed in the United States April 22, 2024* I was looking for a lower dose (1,000 IU), natural form of Vitamin D. Most companies produce high dose (5,000-10,000 IU) synthetic form of Vitamin D. Those will not work for my body.I get plenty of sun, so I don't need the highest dose, plus I feel weird from higher doses. Also, I don't like how most D is purely synthetic. I'm not sure how natural the form of D is in this formulation, but at least it is surrounded by brown rice, parsley, broccoli, carrots, and beets.
