A: These vitamins are more for prevention of eye conditions, not to improve vision.

**Q: Does it help keep eyes from hurting and throbbing?**
A: I would probably suggest you see your eye care professional to have your eyes examined, and also possibly your physician if you haven't done so yet. It's best to talk your issue over with him/her. You might want to research zeaxanthin to see if it helps alleviate those kind of issues before purchasing as well. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

**Q: Ingredient on bottle says 0 potassium, but you have pomegranate and strawberries, etc. listed.  So what is truth?**
A: Not sure but these gummies are not easy to chew. They remind me of those berry gummy candies as a kid - those that would sometimes pull teeth out. Do not recommend if you want to keep all of your teeth.
