Review: Disappointing Quality Compared to Previous Orders - I have been purchasing Matcha Tencha Supreme Grade Ceremonial Matcha regularly and have always been satisfied with its quality. Unfortunately, the latest batch was a major disappointment. The color was noticeably dull compared to previous orders, the aroma was weak, and the taste lacked the smooth, fresh, and vibrant flavor that I usually expect from a ceremonial-grade matcha. It seemed stale and of much lower quality than what I have received before. As a repeat customer, I trusted the consistency of this product, but this batch did not meet the standards advertised. I hope the seller improves their quality control because the difference was very noticeable. If there were a minus score, I would give that. This experience is also the reason I decided to stop my order. Very disappointed with this purchase. ★☆☆☆☆

I have been purchasing Matcha Tencha Supreme Grade Ceremonial Matcha regularly and have always been satisfied with its quality. Unfortunately, the latest batch was a major disappointment. The color was noticeably dull compared to previous orders, the aroma was weak, and the taste lacked the smooth, fresh, and vibrant flavor that I usually expect from a ceremonial-grade matcha. It seemed stale and of much lower quality than what I have received before. As a repeat customer, I trusted the consistency of this product, but this batch did not meet the standards advertised. I hope the seller improves their quality control because the difference was very noticeable. If there were a minus score, I would give that. This experience is also the reason I decided to stop my order. Very disappointed with this purchase. ★☆☆☆☆

this time its not the same as earlier the color in not so vivid, last time i liked it more than the heapwell matcha but htis time , looks like it has lost it shade , should send fresh stuff not good on your part , paid around 2100 so i expected the same product that i bough earlier , after this , will give one another try and if the result are same then u might loose another customer
