We will see how this goes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Inositol for PCOS, cholesterol and mood disorders *by J***S on October 26, 2025* Inositol was recommended by my gynecologist for PCOS and my research revealed that it also lowers cholesterol, potentially relieves mood disorders and aids in weight lost so I decided to try it but in gummy form. Honestly any of these will be of value to me. This brand offered a useful combination of supplements for me. I just started the first course and decided to take the first gummy one hour before breakfast and the second one hour before dinner because again research said that's the most effective. However, it put me right to sleep each time so I will definitely be changing that to night only if it continues over the next week. My only critique so far is that it was slightly melted but overall stayed intact and still had a good texture and nice flavor. I am hoping this helps me so I will update this post after two months. 2 Month Edit This definitely makes me fall asleep too early at night.
