I’m weaning myself off PPIs taking them every other day and had acid pains. But immediately I began taking these before all meals except the one closest to the PPI, I got far more relief than I had done since I was on daily PPIs with no pain at all.When I took these capsules whole after a meal, it made no discernible difference.
