They clean vynl floor covering and leave a fresh lemon smell . However , the individual packs are not sealed to the extent of being waterproof . There are 4 packs of 24 in the 96 deal and all of them leak liquid when upside down or on their sides . The 4 packs are in a Flash cardboard box and it is in an Amazon cardboard box .
