Review: A total snacking game changer!!! - For years I have been looking for a snack to consume at around 10-11am (just after breakfast) or mid afternoon (3-4pm) that doesn’t spike insulin, or create that crashing feeling a couple hours later after eating. I found that Protein bars/energy bars - all just deplete from my performance and doing what I need to do for the day. I first came across Innate at a Food Festival, Pub in the Park Bath, hosted by Tom Kerridge and have been a huge fan ever since. Arguably the most natural Ingredients you will find in any snack on the market and they taste delicious!!! I eat them with a morning cup of coffee, instead of lunch if travelling, just before the gym, afternoon snack at work, on the golf course and even with a bottle of red in the evening :) They keep me satisfied for hours in whatever capacity I want to achieve. Both flavours - Beetroot/Butternut are totally rocking, I cannot rave about these enough (if you can’t tell already!) :) Sainsbury’s and Wholefoods currently stock as well, which is also great for convenience! It’s clean, honest and great nutrition without any marketing B.S!

It is so good to have a product with no nasties, sugar, etc added. I always look at the ingredients of snacks and they all seem to have something undesirable added to them. These are lovely to eat on their own and are quite filling, are so useful for dips, or crunching up on savoury crumbles. Thoroughly recommend.
