The BEST thing you will ever eat. I eat this every single day with a little oatmeal mixed in, microwave it until the water soaks in, throw in some raw sugar, maple syrup or stevia and I just want to die of happiness everytime I eat it.Gluten free is so important because of digestion, and cream of white rice has no substance, fiber, or nutrients.I eat so much of this and I'm 5'3 with a 23 inch waist! Besides fruit, I think it's the best invention of all foods!!!! Add Museli, Oats, raisins, nuts, anything.DELICIOUS VELVET HEALTH HEAVEN
