Review: Poor quality - Needed a pump to automatically activate once water level reached certain height. This pump did not activate despite attempts to adjust floater. I had to manually hold up the floater to get pump to work - defeating purpose. Don't risk using this pump particularly if you are depending on it in emergency situations.

**Q: Can the pump works non stop**
A: THE manual points out that the pump it is not designed for continuous  run and it would damage the pump due to over heating. I have been using mine up to two hours a day.
