Worst. *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2019* Boy, this is why I generally don't buy stuff that doesn't have user reviews - AVOID. The only nice things I can say about this are that the cover fabric is quite soft, and the shipping was fine. otherwise, it's worse than useless. The neck pillow does not generally stay attached, and when it does it flaps around and provides zero support. After heavily fluffing the pillow for 48 hours and letting it rest another 48 hours, it still did not achieve a firm final form and provides zero support when you sit or lean against it - it just compresses down to nothing.
