I initially intended to wear them with normal socks so I ordered my usual size 5.5. They were definitely too small so I ordered sizes 6 and 6.5. They are not particularly wide so I went with the 6.5. I wear them with slightly thicker socks and they are perfect and comfortable and I love them. Insoles not removable but my 3/4 insoles fit perfectly.
