Not only did these help take the edge off when it was wasn't time yet for the pain pump or pills. it helped me to go back to sleep as well and whenever I l felt the pain starting to come back , I made sure that I took pills before it because a full blown excruiating agony until I could take my prescription pain meds and put my back to sleep , so I could rest and calm the pain. I still get alot of pain to my knee and leg but I was prepared for the agony I knew was coming on and got it down before I would be in tears."ALWAYS BE PREPARED FOR YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN THE PAIN WOULD COME ON .
