Excess and below free to move. For the door i used loctite grab. For the walls i used an airpowered nail gun. Easiest diy job I ever done. I just took down the door and glued them on the floor. Walked on the door a bit. Then hug the door and used it to align the wall pieces. Will cover nails with wood putty and color it. I opted for nails over painted walls.
