I’ve been using collagen for about six months and a colleague recommended the marine collagen so I decided to switch. I drink it with my morning tea. I put that powder in first, then water, stir really well then I drop my tea bag in. It takes a fair bit of stirring but it does dissolve. There’s a tiny after taste but you get used to it after the first couple of times. I suffer from CRPS and stiffness with leg pain following a multi level spinal fusion. It’s only been a week or so and I’m highly skeptical of all the miracle reviews but I definitely have experienced less leg pain. The one great thing that I’ve noticed is that my leg where the CRPS shakes uncontrolledly and this really has subsided and for the last couple of days has totally stopped. I travel a lot for work so having the sachet version is really convenient. I’m hopeful I’ll get even more benefits with continued use.
