Dizzy, nautilus, headaches. I used a prescription patch for Antarctica through the Drake Passage and it worked great but was a prescription. I continued to use those patches for other cruises and then one day decided to try an over the counter. I wanted non-drowsy and did a lot of research. Bonine was the one I settled on and it has been fantastic. No drowsiness, no feeling the slightest bit off even after some wine! I can even travel backwards and it doesn’t bother where without, traveling backwards on a train, metro, ship bed would cause dizziness and headaches.
