I was able to record Apple ProRes Log footage directly from my iPhone to the SSD, and there was absolutely no delay. When recording in 4k 25fps, it had around 9 hours of straight recording time. When transferring files from the drive to the computer, it also worked just fine, and with the fast speed they advertised. The design is really nice, with some ridges to grip when you pull it out. Its extremely easy to use, and I recommend watching a tutorial online if you feel unsure. The actual quality of the material is nice, and it comes with a rubber-like material around the whole thing to protect it from damage. Overall you get exactly what you paid for.
