I normally wear a size 7 and first ordered the 7–8, but they slipped off a bit when walking. The 5–6 feels more secure even though my heels are right at the edge. I love that I can wear them both inside and outside. The rubber sole has great traction and enough cushioning that I didn’t even feel it when I accidentally stepped on legos. The tag says they’re machine washable, but I usually just give them a quick soak and scrub by hand, then let them air dry. They've held up really well after a year of daily wear.
