When I got the spatula I was pleased at how heavy duty it is--it's really well made--just of upped my spatula game. For baking--it worked great when I made a lemon cake, the batter scraped off in a flash and I was surprised how much came off. Wondering how many cookies or slices of cake have just been washed down the drain?! But what shocked me is how great it works at the stove too. I have a huge crock of utensils (picture attached, cause I'm a nerd) and keep reaching for this weird looking spatula. I was cooking up something I'd frozen (and hadn't defrosted well) and the spatula is so strong it worked like a scaper as bits thawed and I scraped off. I keep grabbing this dang thing--even with a slew of options.
