Easy to prepare and add to a salad or pasta dish. Also great as a Shrimp Cocktail, my preference. I don't even thaw them. I boil them frozen for 4 minutes, drain and place on a bed of ice with a side of cocktail sauce and I'm ready to eat. Voila! dinner is ready quickly and no waste, with the tails pre removed! This brand in particular, impressed me with how clean the shrimp were. I'd purchase again, but apparently, so is everyone else, as they are always out of stock.
