Review: more cost effective for frequent noodle - this is so good. i’ve been using Kewpie Yuzu Kosho dressing for my noodles but it’s kind of pricey to be eating as much as i do. i tried making my own sauce using yuzu kosho paste but there seems to be no recipes online for duping the kewpie dressing and every other sauce i tried was not good. this is mostly a me problem. then i saw this hot sauce, which saved the day! much more reasonably priced, and don’t have to use much at all. the heat level is slightly under medium - and for reference, i can’t do much spiciness. i am a wimp. i cried at a nepalese restaurant bc the soup was so spicy that i felt panic and doom and fear. this yuzukosho hot sauce is flavorful and could be a little spicier but others may find it mild.

I was looking for a replacement for my favorite Trader Joe's Yuzu hot sauce and gave this one a try. The flavors are good but it really packs some heat. A little bit more than I wanted but it's still a quality product.
