BUT, if you french-style smudge it out in light layers, let it dry, and have properly prepped your lips, you can absolutely get a gorgeous 5 hours even with eating and drinking. One lasted through supper and I took it off and tried the other. It lasted through coffee at night. I was very pleased with them.
